From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. North Mississippi Avenue will be empty of cars and full of people. And music, poets and dancers doing their respective things from four different stages. And street vendors of food, information and everything else. And a children’s parade at noon, together with other children’s activities. And, for the adults, a beer garden offering the craft of eight local micro-breweries. And a Mayor of Mississippi awards ceremony honoring those who have contributed to the community. And maybe other things we don’t know about – so check it out.
