The Post5 Theatre Co. has named Connie Gayle Lowenthal as the organization’s first staff employee and managing director.
Over the next several months, Lowenthal said, the theater will be growing and structuring itself in preparation for its coming fifth season.
The organization also has added a team of associate artists. They include Elizabeth Huffman, Paul Angelo, Kristen Mun and Tobias Andersen.
Meanwhile, Moliere’s “Tartuffe,” directed by Tobias Andersen, is continuing at the Post5 Black Box Theater, 850 N.E. 81st Ave., at 7:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday until March 16. Tickets are $15 Friday and Saturday, and pay-what-you-can on Sunday.
Shakespeare’s “Hamlet” will open March 28 and continue to May 4. All performances are at 7:30 p.m. Thursday to Sunday. Tickets are $15 Thursday to Saturday and pay-what-you-can on Sunday.
