Students may enter posters or written stories that illustrate the themes. Information and entry forms may be downloaded at www.oregonhumane.org.
Brochures also are available at the Oregon Humane Society shelter, 1067 N.E. Columbia Blvd. Information also is available from the OHS Education Department, (503) 416-5034.
Prizes will be awarded to the top four winners in each grade level. The grand prize and runner-up will be chosen from the first place winner in each grade level. The grand prize winner will receive a laptop computer and the runner-up will receive a tablet. All winners will also receive a special award certificate, ribbon of honor and an invitation to the A’Cat’Emy Awards ceremony.
