At the kindergarten-through-eighth-grade school, the Chromebooks will help students develop computer skills, perform research and type papers.
They also can be used by the school’s debate and newspaper clubs.
Jon du Clos, a Windermere Stellar real estate broker, presented a check to students Fowzia Abdai, Taylor Rittenhoose, Ivam Gonzalez-Mejia and Janette Soler, accompanied by history teacher Helen Radow.
Windermere Stellar, locally owned and managed for 40 years, has offices in the Portland area, Vancouver and north Oregon coast. Its real estate associates donate a portion of every commission to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports low-income children and families.
