Santa Paws photos from the Beaumont Business Association’s holiday event are now online and ready to download.
Contributions from Beaumont Village neighbors (and the efforts of Mary Edmeades and Deanna Allred from Albina Bank, Jane Perkins from the Hollywood Star News and – especially – Leland Hanson from the North Pole) raised more than $700 for Oregon’s Pongo Fund.
The Pongo Fund is Oregon’s only full-time charity focused on fighting animal hunger. The fund works to reduce shelter populations and keep families together by providing emergency pet food and assistance to caregivers in need – because hungry people have hungry pets.
The neighborhood owes a very special thanks to Christine Maller and Green Dog Pet Supply, who generously hosted this year’s event. (Indoors!)
