Liz Page and Zaki Hadfid have relocated their stylish, neighborhood shoe shop, Amenity Shoes, just around the corner from their original store at 3430 N.E. 41st Ave. to a larger, brighter space in the Beaumont Village Building at 4110 N.E. Fremont St.
Page and Hadfid had been at the 41st Ave. location for a little more than ten years. Their new space was previously the home of Robin Ady’s Full Circle resale store. Ady moved out of the space at the beginning of the year to focus her efforts on her other business, Gazelle Natural Fiber Clothing, just down the street.
Amenity features comfortable, great-loking footwear, along with local artisan jewelry, handbags, socks, hats and scarves. The shop features hard-to-find brands like Fidji, Blackson, Rieker, Pikolinos and Sofft.
Page is already putting her new and expanded window space to good use with a display of paper shoe sculptures by Cleveland High School students.
“Beaumont has really developed into a great neighborhood for us,” said Page. “We love it here. Its been a good spot for us.”
Amenity’s previous space has been leased by Laura Washington ND, who will open Luminance Yoga and Naturopathy in the coming months.
