Beanstalk, a children’s resale store, is continuing a back-to-school clothing drive through Sept. 10 to benefit the PTA Clothing Center of Portland Public Schools, which provides clothing to children in need.
Donors may deliver like-new girls’ and boys’ clothing and shoes for children in pre-school to fifth grade to the shop at 3527 N.E. 15th Ave., next to Whole Foods, off Fremont Street. The size range is 4T to youth 10-12. Shoe sizes are 10 to 5 youth.
Business hours for Beanstalk, established as a consignment store in 2012, are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. A second shop, with the same hours, is at 8021 S.E. Stark St., next to Ya Hala Lebanese Cuisine.
