Developer Kevin Cavenaugh said that construction is just wrapping up on Guerilla Development’s Crusher Court project at 2500 N.E. Sandy Blvd. in the Kerns neighborhood.
“We’ve taken one of the old Timberline Dodge buildings, carved 5,000 square feet out of the middle of it, and turned it into a dozen commercial spaces,” Cavenaugh said. “There are five retailers in the Sandy storefronts and seven creative spaces in a new inner courtyard.”
Most businesses should be open in February and March and maybe a straggler or two in April, Cavenaugh added.
