In February, Stacey Dycus and her friends at 4PDX moved their local art and vintage shop from its 642-square-foot space at 1724 N.E. 40th Ave. in the Hollywood district to a larger 1724-square-foot-space at 3202 S.E. Hawthorne in the Richmond neighborhood. The larger space will allow room for an expanded selection of curated, vintage furniture and additional offerings from local artists, makers and pickers.
“We wouldn’t be moving if we hadn’t gotten such a great start in Hollywood,” said Dycus. “We made so many friends there with the neighbors and small businesses that would drop in. We hope people will make the trek out to Hawthorne to keep in touch.”
4PDX originally opened in the former home of Pam Park’s Lemontree shop a little over a year ago. In addition to the new retail space, the vendor of local art, custom furniture and vintage home decor will continue to have a strong online presence, including Etsy, Facebook and Instagram.
