Tim Meselt has opened another outpost of his hydroponic and indoor gardening equipment business, Bloom Garden Supply, at 7126 N.E. Sandy Boulevard in the Roseway neighborhood, across the parking lot from Annie’s doughnuts.
Bloom is a locally owned chain and has two other metro-area shops. A previous location at 518 N.E. 20th Ave. in the Kerns neighborhood closed earlier this year to make way for a mixed-use, multi-family development. Bloom’s new shop in Roseway is larger than the Kerns space and offers improved visibility at the busy intersection of Sandy and Fremont.
“Our goal is to provide customers the knowledge, confidence and equipment to yield a successful crop,” said Bloom’s marketing coordinator Whitney Kendrick. “Our staff has many years of experience, and the know-how to assess and alleviate gardening problems. Bloom is your one-stop-shop for all your hydroponic gardening needs. We welcome everyone from first time gardeners to boutique growers to commercial operations. We’re excited to be in the neighborhood.”
