Interstate Lanes has been issued a permit for the construction of a new five-story apartment building at 6015 N. Interstate Ave. The permit allows 175 units with 63 tuck-under parking spaces. Ryan Miyahira of Ankrom Moison Architects in Portland filed the permit application.
Ben White of Carleton Hart Architecture in Portland has filed an application to build a new four-story, 48-unit apartment building at 1206 N.E. Alberta St. Virtuous Developments of Vancouver, British Columbia currently owns the property on which a 3,360-square-foot warehouse stands. The proposal calls for retail space on the ground floor along with the building lobby, management office, common utility spaces and bicycle storage.
Jill Asselaneau of Skylab Architecture in Portland has applied to build a new multi-story building at 318 N.E. Couch St. The proposal requests a mix of commercial retail, office core and shell in a building five stories high on one side and four stories on the other. No parking is required, according to the application, because the site between Northeast Third Avenue and Couch Street is located within 500 feet of five TriMet bus lines and one City Streetcar stop.
