In Cully, Koble Architecture is proposing new construction of 18 new family residential units at 4250 N.E. Portland Hwy. where an existing single-family residence built in 1954 now stands and will remain. Proposed amenities include 19 parking spaces in a lot at the north end of the property, onsite vehicle and pedestrian circulation pathways, three covered loading spaces, four covered bicycle parking spaces, outdoor recreation and garden areas, new trees and landscaping. The delay period for an application to raze a 1,500-square-foot residence at 3415 N.E. Bryce St. in Beaumont-Wilshire expires on August 7, at 4:30 P.M. Owners Martin and Sonia Snyder of Tigard are proposing to develop the property for residential use where the house built in 1937 now stands.
In Overlook at 2237 N. Humboldt St., a 1914, 550-square-foot house is proposed to be demolished. The owner is David Weimer.

In Kerns, Wisteria Heights Apartments of Tigard has the green light to build a new five-story, 55-unit apartment building at 1950 N.E. Everett St. The permit allows the new building to be connected to an existing structure built in 2014 via a four-story corridor. Parking is proposed for the main floor along with bike parking and some living units, floors 2-5 will be apartments, and rooftop terrace with elevator and stairs to a penthouse are among the amenities.
In Cully, Ross Island Sand and Gravel has been given permission to remodel 3605 N.E. 50th Ave. to combine 3605, 3611, and 3615 into one address (3605) for a marijuana grow facility with carbon dioxide enrichment. At the same time, the concrete manufacturer secured a permit to build a detached 204-square-foot office building with restroom at 3625 N.E. 50th Ave.
In the Boise neighborhood, Vancouver Avenue Apartments of Wilsonville received permission to build three or more multifamily residential units at 3926 N Vancouver Ave. where an 1,800-square-foot house built in 1922 now stands.
In Arbor Lodge at 6800 N. Interstate Ave., a 3,000-square-foot, 1941 structure will be replaced by a new four-story, 30-unit apartment building with no onsite parking. The owner is 6800 North Interstate, L.L.C.
