Beaumont neighbors Nick Leritz and Risa Boyer Leritz’s sustainable, mixed-use project in the Cully neighborhood, Makers Row, is nearing completion, with occupancy expected to start in late August. The completed 19,000-square foot project with a common-area courtyard will feature 19 units of housing.
Apartments are now pre-leasing and two commercial tenants have signed leases and are gearing up to build-out the storefront spaces along Northeast 42nd Ave., adjacent to the Caribbean Spice shop.
“We are very excited to have Jenn Pereau’s Rawdacious as a tenant at Makers Row,” said Nick Leritz. “Rawdacious is a maker of delicious vegan and gluten-free desserts, including juices and healthy treats. They’ll move their production facility to Makers Row on October 1 and will open a retail shop on January 1. Additionally, Theresia Munywoki plans to open (com)motion movement studio in the neighboring space in September. The studio will be a multi-functional movement space that will provide the Cully neighborhood with a collection of classes by local instructors to serve a diverse group of students.”
