In August, Executive Chef Patrick McKee launched a Sunday brunch service at Southfork, the southern-inspired restaurant and jazz club that opened in the former Smallwares space at 4605 N.E. Fremont in the Beaumont neighborhood last spring.
“We are excited to begin offering brunch at SouthFork,” said Casey O’Brien, director of operations. “It has been the one request that we’ve heard over and again from the neighborhood since we’ve opened.”
Items on the menu will include creamy grits, a summer squash and squash blossom omelet, smoked brisket hash and a pork belly BLT. Full bar service is available with special brunch cocktails, including a huckleberry mule made with 44 North Huckleberry-Potato Vodka.
Brunch hours will be every Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For more information, call 503-477-4453 or visit www.southforkpdx.com.
