Renters and homeowners can learn how to make weatherization improvements for the home to save energy and money. All they need is a scissors and screwdriver. The Community Energy Project will offer two free workshops to teach weatherization techniques.
Each income-qualified Multnomah County household may receive a free kit of materials, including vinyl storm windows kits, door weather stripping, pipe insulation and more.
Registration is required at communityenergyproject.org.
