Ed and Louis Dominion still plan on opening a barber shop in Ethos Development’s soon to be completed Bridgetown Apartment building at 4525 N.E. Fremont St. in Beaumont Village. The new name for the shop will be Beaumont Barber Co.
“We want to emulate the neighborhood’s history and capture as much of the Beaumont experience as possible to give our space a real neighborhood vibe,” said Louis Dominion. “We want to be known as a great family place and really connect with our neighbors. We’ll include a lot of Beaumont history in our design and hope to capture the feel of a place that has been in the neighborhood for a long time.”
Other tenants on tap for the ground floor of the 50-unit apartment project include a coffee shop and a real estate office.
“The retail tenants at the Bridgetown are starting construction and should be open by December,” said Ethos Principal Paul Del Vecchio.
The Bridgetown is now leasing studios and 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.
