Bethel No. 1, Job’s Daughters International, an organization for young women between the ages of 10 and 20, is celebrating its 95th year.
The group, which met for many years in the old Friendship Masonic Lodge at Northeast 57th Avenue and Sandy Boulevard, moved when the building was sold to the German American Society in 2012.
Its celebration will be at the Cornerstone Masonic Lodge, 202 S.E. 84th Ave., beginning with a soup and bread lunch from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 9. The cost is $5. A reception and birthday celebration will follow, said Kathy Wentz Phelps, committee chairman.
