Since 1984, The Hollywood Star News has been an integral part of Northeast Portland living and life. The Hollywood Star is a monthly community newspaper that reaches throughout Northeast, inner Southeast, & North Portland—with coverage from NE 82nd Avenue to MLK Blvd, and from Stark to Killingsworth.  The Star News also stretches into  North Portland including Kenton, Mississippi Avenue, and the North Williams neighborhoods. 

Currently over 85% of our monthly circulation is delivered directly to our local subscriber's homes by the USPS. While the rest of the printed copies are made available at local businesses and gathering places throughout the Star's coverage area.
